Production : Secondary Action

Narrative action is the primary focus, make it clear and understandable after that Secondary action , this is the actions that can really make the feel of the scene

For example if you had a basic action of knocking on a door take that as the narrative action, but if that character is holding a gun and acting shifty or quaking in their legs knocking on the door a little faster then a person normally would. These actions are what make the scene itself , it gives it feeling , emotion , personality.  The secondary actions are just as important as the narrative actions and must not be forgotten.
